Hi!
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance Coach, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.
My own journey to health began with something as simple as a smoothie cup I received. At that time, I was constantly tired, often sick, and far from feeling my best. That little spark inspired me to start making small, healthier choices — and those choices eventually transformed not just my energy, but my entire life.
My passion for wellness first led me to become a Certified Yoga Teacher, where I learned how powerful the connection between mind, body, and spirit truly is. Wanting to deepen my knowledge, I went on to train as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, gaining the tools to support the body with whole, nourishing foods. Most recently, I became a Metabolic Balance Coach, allowing me to bring it all together — personalized nutrition, mindful living, and lifestyle balance — to guide women toward sustainable health.
All of these experiences brought me to where I am today — and ultimately led me to discover the program that has become the cornerstone of my work: Metabolic Balance®.
