A Gentle, Science-Backed Approach to Resetting Your Health

If you’ve been feeling out of balance—whether it’s low energy, stubborn weight, mood fluctuations, or digestive issues—you’re not alone. So many women come to me saying, “I feel off, but I don’t know why.”Metabolic Balance® is one of the most effective tools I use to help them feel aligned again.

But what is Metabolic Balance, really? And why does it work so well?

Let’s break it down in a simple, supportive way.

Metabolic Balance Explained

Metabolic Balance® is a personalized nutrition program created by doctors and nutrition scientists from Germany. It was designed by Dr Wolf Funfack over 25 years ago. It helps reset your metabolism using your bloodwork. Think of it as a roadmap designed specifically for your body—no generic meal plans, no guesswork, and no trendy diets.

Your plan is based on:

  • 36+ markers from your blood test

  • Your health history

  • Your unique goals

  • Foods that support balanced hormones and stable blood sugar

The goal? A healthy, natural metabolic reset so your body can work the way it’s meant to.

How It Works

The program is divided into four phases:

Phase 1 — Preparation

A short, gentle 2 day cleanse to support digestion and get your body ready for change.

Phase 2 — Strict Conversion

This is where the real magic happens. You follow your personalized food list and learn how to combine foods that stabilize your blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support hormone balance.

Phase 3 — Relaxed Conversion

As your metabolism becomes more balanced, we slowly add more foods and find your new “normal.”

Phase 4 — Maintenance

By now, most clients feel incredible. They now understand what their body needs to keep living in alignment.

The 8 Daily Rules

As well as the 4 Phases, Metabolic Balance also has 8 Daily Rules to follow. These rules will eventually become second nature to you.

Rule 1

Eat exactly 3 meals a day, no snacking.

Rule 2

Ensure there is a 5 hour break between meals.

Rule 3

Make sure each meal lasts no longer than 60 minutes.

Rule 4

Begin every meal with 1 or 2 bites of protein.

Rule 5

Have only 1 kind of protein per meal and a different kind of protein at each meal.

Rule 6

If possible do not eat past 9 pm.

Rule 7

Drink the quantity of water calculated for you.

Rule 8

Eat an apple a day with one of your meals.

What Makes Metabolic Balance Different?

Unlike diet culture, Metabolic Balance is:✨ Science-based, not trend-based✨ Personalized, not one-size-fits-all✨ Balanced, not restrictive✨ Supportive of hormones, not stressful to the body✨ Focused on long-term habits, not quick fixes

Most clients see improvements in:

  • Energy

  • Weight balance

  • Digestion

  • Sleep

  • Stress resilience

  • Skin health

  • Cravings

  • PMS and perimenopause symptoms

Because when your metabolism is happy, your whole body responds.

Why I Love This Program

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when women feel connected to their bodies again.

Metabolic Balance gives you:

  • Structure

  • Clarity

  • Personalized guidance

  • A path back to feeling like yourself again

And when we pair it with mindset, stress management, and mind-body practices (like we do inside my Nourished & Aligned program), it becomes a truly holistic transformation.
